Individual therapy is a one-on-one session where we begin by outlining your current concerns and identifying a specific goal for your therapy.
We’ll examine the factors throughout your life that may be contributing to your concerns and we’ll work to make sense of what is going on for you now.

Individual therapy is best for those experiencing:
- Recurring negative relationship patterns…
- Such as lack of intimacy, feeling unfulfilled, mistrust, and frequent conflict
- Low self-esteem
- Difficulty managing stress
- Anxiety
- Feeling sad or stuck in your life or relationship
- Feeling unloved, unlovable, or unable to love others

What will we do?
With your specific goal in mind, we’ll utilize a combination of discovering, understanding, teaching, and practicing to help you overcome, heal, and grow through the challenges you are experiencing.
I use a variety of techniques and practices, including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), increasing effective communication and boundary practices, rewriting negative mental scripts, and coping strategies for managing difficult emotions.
