Session Fees and Insurance

I am currently in network with Aetna and Cigna.

If you have health insurance with a different insurance company, you may have out-of-network benefits.  We can provide you with a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for full or partial reimbursement. The amount you are reimbursed depends on your policy.

If you’re considering using your health insurance, we recommend that you call your insurance company to check your coverage. Some questions you can ask are:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• Do I have a copay or coinsurance? Is this effected by my deductible?
• What is my deductible and how much of it has been met?
• Is there a limit to how many sessions are covered per year?
• How much of the cost per session is covered?
• Do I need to get approval or a referral from my primary care physician?
